Beijing's three "security standards" make up for market gaps

The reporter learned from the Beijing Security Association that from October 14 to 15, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and the Municipal Public Security Bureau Science and Technology Division organized a two-day standard final review meeting. The three local standards such as “Standards for Public Security Systems for Large and Medium-sized Shopping Malls and Supermarkets,” “Safety and Precautionary Measures for Project Supervision,” and “Safety and Preventive Engineering System Testing Regulations” passed the final review of the experts.

The three standards were separately compiled by the Security and Police Electronic Product Quality Inspection Center of the Ministry of Public Security and Beijing Blueton Shi'an Information Consulting Co., Ltd.

The "Large and Medium-sized Shopping Malls and Supermarkets, Public Security Prevention Standards" was drafted by the Basic Work Brigade of the Municipal Public Security Bureau's Internal Protection Bureau and Beijing Blue Shield Shi'an Information Consulting Co., Ltd. It has made basic requirements and regulations for the air defense, physical defense, technical defense, and management of large and medium-sized shopping malls and supermarket public security systems in Beijing.

It is understood that the three standards make up for the city's large and medium-sized shopping malls, supermarkets and public security system construction, management; safety precautions project supervision; safety inspection system operation in the detection of three aspects of the standard blank.
