(1) The main technical performance of the dust collector meets the design index. Including treatment air volume, air leakage rate, dust removal efficiency, emission concentration and special technical indicators.

(3) The operating cost indicators of various dust removal equipment are clear, and the operating cost indicators are included in the production cost management.
(4) Establish a regular dust removal equipment operation and management system. When there are problems with the operation of the dust collector, necessary improvement measures are easily taken.
After construction and adjustment, when the bag dust collector is operated normally, in addition to setting up a dedicated person to manage and maintain, employees need to be mobilized to carry out management and maintenance, and a combination of dedicated person management and employee maintenance is implemented. Strictly implement the operation management system and give full play to the effectiveness of the dust collector. Practice has proved that if the dust collector is not managed properly, even a good dust collector will not achieve the expected results. As for bag dust collectors, if the management is not good, the dust removal efficiency cannot be guaranteed during operation, and the bag dust removal efficiency will be greatly reduced, resulting in the bag dust collector failing. Therefore, when the bag dust collector is put into production, it is necessary to explain to the operator the importance of the maintenance and management of the dust collector. Only by mobilizing employees to do a good job in maintaining and managing the dust collectors and give full play to the effectiveness of the equipment. If you choose a suitable dust collector, if you do not carry out scientific maintenance and management, it will not be possible for the dust collector to operate normally for a long time. Only by carefully maintaining and managing the dust collector can the dust collector be in good operation and extend its service life.

The main performance indicator of the dust collector, the pulse air flow is directly sprayed into the filter cartridge without passing through Venturi. Dust accumulation in the folding joints of the filter cartridge will make cleaning difficult. Therefore, filter cartridges with large folding area (the filter area of ​​each filter cartridge reaches 20~22m2) are generally only suitable for use in situations with lower inlet concentrations.
The air distribution box of the pulse injection device of the filter cartridge dust collector shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 10191-2000. The clean air flow should be water-free, oil-free, and dust-free. Under the specified conditions, the injection valve and interface should have no air leakage, and can be opened and closed normally, and work reliably.
The pulse controller should work accurately and reliably, and its spraying time and interval can be adjusted within a certain range. When the induction blowing device is installed in conjunction with the blowing pipe. The nozzle of the inducing blowing device should be coaxial with the nozzle hole on the blowing tube and maintain a perpendicularity consistent with the nozzle, with a deviation of less than 2mm.
