Its curing is achieved by heating the etherification reaction between the hydroxymethyl group in the amino resin and the hydroxyl group in the alkyd resin and the polycondensation reaction of the amino resin. This paint has the advantages of full paint film, toughness, good adhesion, high mechanical strength, good weather resistance, anti-powdering, anti-cracking and dry and wet performance, and no stickiness after drying; it has certain water resistance and acid resistance. Alkali resistance, oil resistance and good electrical insulation properties; and good construction performance, the film is not easy to wrinkle, easy to flow.

However, this paint also has the disadvantages of anti-pollution, anti-corrosion, anti-chemical, anti-surfactant and anti-solvent properties. This causes the steel drum coated with such an exterior paint to be splashed or contacted with the liquid articles when the user fills the above liquid articles, even in the case of exposure to steam of these articles. , drum coating is easy to blistering, wrinkling, shelling, discoloration and shedding.

In addition, the amino alkyd drying enamel is baked and cured. According to the use of different brands of resin and different colors, its curing conditions should be 105 ~ 120 °C, 1.5 ~ 2 hours. However, the production line of our steel drum industry cannot be baked for such a long time. We can only adopt ways to increase the baking temperature and shorten the baking time, but after all, the curing of the paint film is unfavorable. In addition, the temperature and time of the domestic steel bucket assembly line drying tunnel cannot be accurately grasped. The temperature is low, and the time is short. The paint film tends to stick, whereas the paint film is brittle. This further exacerbated the corrosion resistance of amino alkyd baking enamels.

How to overcome these shortcomings of amino alkyd baking enamel, the 1490 amino paint performance enhancer can participate in and enhance the curing process of amino alkyd drying enamel, reduce the curing conditions of amino alkyd drying enamel, and make amino alkyd bake The cured film of dry enamel forms a network structure, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the paint film. Adding 1490 strengthening agent to the amino alkyd baking enamel for external use in steel drums can effectively enhance the hardness, brightness, smoothness, chemical resistance, and anti-oil contamination performance of the paint film. Use the same as adding thinner, but be sure to mix evenly, and stand still for a few minutes, so that the gas brought into the stirring can run away.
