0 Preface

In order to realize the real-time management of the fire equipment power supply and eliminate the negligence of manual maintenance, it is necessary to strengthen the fire control room management and real-time monitoring and management of the most important fire equipment power supply through technical measures. GB25506-2010 "General Technical Requirements for Fire Control Room" shall make a mandatory provision for the fire control room. The fire control room shall be able to display the working status and undervoltage alarm information of the power supply and backup power of each fire-fighting equipment in the system. . By setting up the fire-fighting equipment power monitoring system, real-time monitoring and management of the fire-fighting equipment power supply is realized, ensuring the running state of the building fire-fighting equipment is intact, improving the fire safety management level of the building, and eliminating the power failure of the fire-fighting equipment in time to prevent and reduce the fire hazard in the building.

GB28184-2011 "Fire Power Monitoring System" stipulates that the fire power monitoring system is used to monitor the working state of the fire equipment power supply, and can issue an alarm when the power supply has overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and lack of equal faults, and mandatory fire protection is imposed. Basic functions, test and inspection rules of the power monitoring system.

1 Fire equipment power monitoring system overview

The fire equipment power monitoring system can accurately monitor the fault and abnormal state of the fire equipment power supply, and comprehensively monitor the voltage, current, circuit breaker overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and lack of equal faults to prevent fire equipment from being used normally. The phenomenon that the fire cannot be effectively controlled and spread is ensured, and the fire-fighting equipment is effectively operated when the fire occurs.

The fire power monitoring system has the characteristics of reliability and real-time performance, and has the functions of digitalization, intelligence, network, automation and real-time monitoring. It monitors the status of the power supply of the equipment in real time and displays it in a centralized manner to solve the problem that the fire equipment fails due to power failure. The problem of operation maximizes the reliability of the fire linkage system.

AFPM100 fire equipment power monitoring system consists of monitoring background, monitor, voltage sensor, current sensor and transmission cable. 2 AFPM100 monitor

The monitoring host adopts a centralized and modular design to track, collect, store and analyze the parameters of the fire equipment power supply, such as operation information, fault information and position information, to facilitate user management and monitoring; through the liquid crystal display interface, the fire protection The data of the device power supply is displayed in a summary, with functions such as management, viewing, alarm, and printing. The number of circuits in the monitor can be matched with 128 monitoring modules.

3 AFPM-ZJQ fire equipment power monitoring repeater

The AFPM-ZJQ firefighting equipment power monitoring repeater (hereinafter referred to as the repeater) is suitable for systems where the monitor (host) and the field sensor (monitor module) have a long communication distance. The repeater not only increases the communication distance of the system, but also supplies power to the connected field sensor (monitor module) to solve the attenuation of the communication signal and power output due to the long distance. The repeater transmits the power information of the connected field module and the repeater to the monitor (host) through the communication bus.

5 Conclusion

As a kind of pre-alarm product, the fire equipment power monitoring system can monitor the fire equipment power supply in real time, and can alarm the power failure of the fire equipment in advance, and ensure the fire equipment is in normal operation when a fire occurs in the building; it can also solve the property management company.
