China's first pure environmental protection container coating line put into operation in Dalian

China's first pure environmental protection container coating line was put into operation and operated smoothly at Dalian CIMC Container Co., Ltd. This signifies that the long-term problems of container manufacturing in the container production process, such as paint pollution, have been solved successfully throughout the country and even the world.

According to reports, the container manufacturing industry has been criticized for the fact that the paint used in the production process contains xylene, causing pollution to the atmosphere, causing injury to the workers, and seriously affecting the surrounding living and office environment. Dalian CIMC Container Co., Ltd. began research on environmentally-friendly containers in 2003, and cooperated with well-known companies at home and abroad in the field of water-soluble paints. After many investigations and studies, CIMC developed the layout of the transformation process for water-soluble paint lines. The supporting program was finally approved by the expert group and took the lead in setting up the first domestic production line of full-scale mass production of pure water-soluble paint containers in September 2011, and was officially put into production.

After more than one year of production operation, the project has fully achieved the expected goal, because the water-soluble paint does not contain xylene and other harmful substances, so that the health of employees is greatly guaranteed, and no longer cause environmental pollution. This result will be gradually promoted in the national container manufacturing industry.
