Maintenance and maintenance of hydraulic control valves

Filters should be installed before the hydraulic control valve and should be easy to discharge.
The hydraulic control valve is a self-lubricating valve body that does not require additional oil lubrication. If the components in the main valve are damaged, please follow the instructions below for disassembly. (Note: the damage to the inner valve is generally the damage of the diaphragm and the other internal parts of the o-ring.)
1. First close the front and rear soft seal gate valves of the main hydraulic control valve.
2. Loosen the pipe joint screw on the main hydraulic control valve cover to release the pressure inside the valve.
3. Remove all screws, including the nuts of the necessary copper tubes in the control line.
4. Take the hydraulic control valve cover and spring.
5. Remove the shaft core, diaphragm, piston, etc., and do not damage the diaphragm.
6. After removing the above items, check the diaphragm and the O-ring for damage; if there is no damage, please do not contend for the internal parts.
7. If the diaphragm of the hydraulic control valve or the o-ring is damaged, loosen the nut on the shaft core, disassemble the diaphragm or the ring, and replace it with a new diaphragm or o-ring. .
8. In detail, check whether the internal hydraulic control valve seat and shaft core of the main valve are damaged. If there are other debris, clean them out inside the main valve.
9. Install the replacement parts in the reverse order in the order of the main valve, pay attention to the valve can not be jammed.
