Peach tree pruning grasps the critical period


The tree is pruned, and the peach tree is a hi-light fruit tree, which is weak in dryness. The growth potential is strong and the lifespan is short, the budding power and the branching force are strong, and it is easy to occur secondary to three times. 1. Young tree plastic trimming. When saplings are pruned, they should make full use of their strong growth, strong germination and branching ability. Early-maturing buds can form multiple secondary shoots on the strong branches, and the flower buds form early. On the one hand, the crown is enlarged, on the other hand, the crown is expanded. Strong backbone branches. (1) Decide. Generally, the height of the drying is 30-50 cm. (2) Main side branch culture. When the new shoots grow to 10-20 cm in the spring, the 3-5 new shoots are selected in the plastic belt, and the rest are removed. (3) Trimming of the resulting branch group. The middle and lower parts of the main branches and side branches and the inner crown of the canopy should be kept large. The medium-sized branch group, the upper part of the crown and the outer periphery should be kept with small branch groups, resulting in a layout of “the inside and the outside is small and the bottom is small”. The distance between the branches is about 1 meter in the same direction, the small branch is about 60 cm, and the small branch is about 30 cm. (4) The result is pruned. The varieties with long fruit branches should be mainly short-cut; the varieties with short fruit branches should be mainly sparse.

2. Pruning during the fruiting period. Mainly adjust the relationship between growth and results, keep the tree strong, cultivate and update the results of the branch group, eliminate the peripheral dense branches, improve the internal light and prevent the result from moving outward. The pruning method is repeated in the middle and lower part of the tree or the result branch group, and 3-5 knots or 1-2 knots are left depending on the strength of the branches, and the new shoots are promoted to form the next year result branch, and the three-row update trimming method is adopted. (1) Single branch update. In the case of strong tree potential, the long and middle fruit branches leave 3-5 buds outside, so that one side of the result, one side of the branch, the flower buds are less distributed or the fruit branches are thinner, can also be lightly cut long. (2) Double branch update. For the two adjacent fruit branches, the upper one is lightly sheared, so that the lower one leaves 2-3 buds and is reserved as a reserve branch. (3) Three updates. That is, the result of a branch retraction, a long shoot promotes most short fruit branches, and a branch leaves 2-3 buds shortly as a preparatory branch, so that growing branches are grown. In the next year's winter shearing, the resulting branches are shrunk off, the long shoots are properly short-cut, leaving a few short fruit branches, and the developmental branches growing from the branches are prepared, one long and one heavy.

3. Growing season pruning. (1) Wipe. After the germination of the buds from late April to early May, a strong shoot is selected at the part where the branch is needed, and the remaining dense shoots are wiped off. (2) thinning. From the beginning of May to the beginning of June, when the new shoots grow rapidly to about 30 cm, the branches, thin branches, dense branches and drooping branches should be removed according to the growth potential, thickness and location. The inside of the canopy sprouts long branches and overly branches should be sparse. (3) Topping. For the first time from mid-May to early June, the saplings are topped with extended branches. For new shoots of 35-45 cm or more, the auxiliary shoots with appropriate orientation and angle can be used to extend the branches. Top picking or pruning, the following sub-tips are controlled. The second time from late June to early July, the top of the unsold growth will be topped; the third time from late August to early September, remove the tip of the main and auxiliary tip, increase nutrient accumulation, safely wintering Good preparation.
