Poor waterproof membranes change name plates

In further inspections, the police found that the waterproofing membranes that were used to change brand names did not completely meet the relevant quality standards and the products had certain safety risks.

After investigating, XX Geotech Materials Co., Ltd. was illegally profit-making, and misappropriated its trademark brand without obtaining the permission of the small-bill right holder. The production of a waterproof roll with no guarantee of quality was sold to Tianjin, Hebei and other places. Damaged the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

At present, five persons such as Lu Mou and Yang Mou of the Geotechnical Materials Co., Ltd. have been arrested by public security agencies for suspected tea and sales of counterfeit registered trademarks, and the case is under further investigation.
