In the micro air compressor produced by our factory, the fan cover is made of steel strip. In order to reduce the weight, we use 0.8 to 1.2 mm thick steel plates according to the size of the fan cover. Due to the large vibration of the air compressor, in order to increase the rigidity of the fan cover. For the firmness and the improvement of the appearance quality, it is necessary to press a wire groove along the length of the steel strip of the fan cover (Fig. 1). We have made a slat material groove device (Fig. 2), which is used for 0.8. The fan cover made of ~1.2mm thick steel strip groove is beautiful in appearance, light in weight, large in rigidity and stable and reliable.
