Equipment maintenance, operational control, and quality assurance are essential to maintaining high-quality output. Especially for domestically modified compact spinning systems, which have limited development time, some components may suffer from design flaws or poor manufacturing. This makes it even more critical to focus on installation, maintenance, and regular inspections to ensure the equipment remains in optimal condition. Without proper operational procedures, numerous yarn defects can occur; without strict quality control, consistent and stable yarn cannot be produced. Therefore, it’s important to use compatible steel rings and wire rings to avoid frequent breakages.
The yarn cleaning and splicing process for compact spinning is more demanding than for traditional ring-spun yarn. Fine yarns are more prone to defects, requiring stricter winding standards. The parameters of the yarn clearer must be optimized to remove harmful defects while ensuring that splices meet quality requirements. The appearance and strength of the splice are crucial. Since compact spun yarn has a tight structure without loose fibers, mechanical splicers are the best choice for achieving high-quality joins.
