Second, the power and speed of the hammer crusher rotor. In the technical parameters of the hammer crusher, the power and speed of the rotor are related to the degree of hammer hardening, which in turn affects the service life of the hammer.
Third, the material is fast reading and hardness. The blockiness and hardness of the material are directly proportional to the requirements of the hammer material. The use of a suitable hammer for materials with different physical properties helps to extend the service life of the hammer.
Fourth, the size of the internal clearance of the hammer crusher. The gap between the rotating font and the counterattack, the purlin and the hammer is the main internal clearance of the hammer crusher. The size of the gap is related to whether there is accumulation near the purlin and the safety gate. If the stock is present and the hammer cannot press the stack off the stringer, the hammer will be subject to severe friction and wear. Therefore, during use, the gaps between the parts must be adjusted frequently to be within the proper range.
