China's plastic products network talk about the supply and demand of the plastics industry

Plastics can be seen everywhere in our lives, and plastics are closely related to our lives. The development of the plastics industry is critical to the growth of a country's GDP. All countries have used the quantitative indicators of per capita plastic consumption to measure and reflect the economic strength of a country. However, the rapid development of China's plastics market is inseparable from the rapid development of related industries. At the same time, China's plastics industry has steadily become the world's largest consumer of plastics industry under the premise of home appliances to the countryside, old-for-new and other policies to benefit the people, as well as the overall demand in the Chinese market and the partial recovery of the global market.

From the domestic supply analysis, the actual production of PE resin in China in 2010 was 8.41 million tons, down 3.45% year-on-year. With the domestic plastic limit and the impact of the financial crisis, coupled with domestic restrictions on capacity investment of high energy consumption and high pollution enterprises, domestic Production growth has begun to slow down. In terms of the import situation in 2010, unlike the sharp growth in previous years, the overall situation of steady growth has been maintained. On the one hand, the domestic production capacity continues to increase, and the self-sufficiency rate is improved. On the other hand, as the production cost of foreign products continues to increase, the cost advantage of imported products is gradually decreasing. Professional materials still rely mainly on imports, and the average import price is also rising steadily.

From the analysis of domestic demand, with the rapid development of China's economy, China's consumption growth of plastics has also accelerated. Since 2009, China's PE consumption has reached more than 14 million tons, making it the world's largest consumer of PE resin, with a total consumption of 44% higher than the United States. However, from the per capita PE consumption, it is only 30% of the US, and the future development space is still very large. Therefore, looking forward to the future, we believe that the influence of developed countries on the demand for petrochemical products will become more and more limited. The emerging economies represented by China will become the main force driving demand for PE resins.

Results indicated that the inactivation of Escherichia coli in artificial wastewater was similar with that in real municipal wastewater. Among three waters, the bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide was lowest in secondary effluent. The bacteria log inactivation increased by up to threefold when the COD concentration of raw wastewater was decreased by half. An unfavorable COD effect was also observed for the disinfection of secondary effluent. To explain the COD effect on bacteria inactivation, chlorine dioxide residuals were measured with time through each disinfection process. Results from statistical analyses have revealed that, in comparison to the correlations using CT values, the inactivation data can be better correlated with the ratio of COD to ClO2 concentrations. The results of this study would be a useful guide for many municipalities and communities in determining chlorine dioxide dosages for water and Wastewater Disinfection systems.
