1 . Subject matter This specification rules the classification of joint bearings; and the layout of common joint bearings.
2 . Citation specification GB 3944 joint bearing vocabulary 3. Classification of joint bearings {TodayHot}
3.1 The joint bearing is different according to the direction in which it can accept the load or the nominal touch angle; it is divided into the following categories.
3.1.1 radial bearing is used to accept radial load; its nominal touch angle is from 0 to 45 degrees; it is different according to its nominal touch angle; it can also be divided into:
a. Radially touched radial spherical plain bearings have a nominal touch angle of 0 degrees. They are suitable for receiving radial loads. But they can also accept radial loads together; accept small axial loads.
b. Angular joint bearing with a nominal touch angle greater than 0 degrees; but less than or equal to 45 degrees; a combined load that can accept the effects of radial load and axial load.
3.1.2 Thrust joint bearings are used to accept axial loads; their nominal touch angle is greater than 45 degrees to 90 degrees; different according to their nominal touch angle;
a. Axial touch thrust joint bearing with a nominal touch angle of 90 degrees thrust joint bearing; suitable for accepting pure axial load.
b. Angular touch thrust joint bearing nominal touch angle greater than 45 degrees; but less than 90 degrees thrust joint bearing; suitable for receiving axial load; but can also accept combined load (at this moment its radial load value should not be greater than the axial load of 0.5. Times).
3.2 The joint bearing is divided according to the layout of its outer ring: {HotTag}
a. Full-circle joint bearing,
b. Double semi-outer ring joint bearing,
c. Single-slit outer ring joint bearing,
d. Double seam outer ring (split outer ring) joint bearing.
3. 3 joint bearings can be attached to the rod end or mounted on the rod end:
a. Usually joint bearing,
b. Rod end joint bearing.
3.4 joint bearings can be divided into lubricants according to their operation:
a. Non-self-lubricating joint bearings,
b. Self-lubricating joint bearings.
3.5 The joint bearing is divided into the direction in which it can accept the load, the nominal touch angle and the layout type:
a. Radial spherical plain bearings,
b. Angular touch joint bearing,
c. Thrust joint bearing,
d. Rod end joint bearing.
