High-strength circular chain flash butt welding machine is used for welding semi-automatic flash of mining transport chain, cement lifting chain, lifting hoisting chain, marine anchor chain and various non-standard circular chain with diameter of 14mm~30mm. Butt welding equipment is widely used in coal mining, building materials, shipping, lifting, petroleum, chemical and other industries.
The machine adopts the flash butt welding process and has a wide welding range. It can weld ordinary Q215-Q235, 45# steel and 20Mn2, 20MnV, 20-25MnVK and other grades of circular chain, and can remove the burrs of the welded joints and replace the jaws. It can also weld all kinds of low carbon steel, low alloy steel bars, pipes and other profiles, as well as special equipment for welding machines; deburring machines, hydraulic stations, stretching machines, and diameters of 14mm-30mm Cold and hot chain tooling and quenching annealing equipment.
