After replacing the new resistor, it is normal.

(2) Fault phenomenon: After the power-on self-test is completed, the inverter operation control panel PMU display shows "FOO8", and after reset it displays "OO9", but it cannot start.

Check processing: check the trigger circuit to detect part of the transistor V17 (5C) collector resistance R152, the resistance is 1.69kΩ, the normal resistance value should be 1.275kΩ (4 5.1kΩ SMD resistors in parallel), one of which is burned out After replacing a new resistor, it is normal.

(3) Fault phenomenon: After the power-on self-test, the inverter operation panel PMU display shows "FOO8", after the reset shows "OO9", the frequency is given after starting, and after 20s, it trips and shows "FOO8".

Check processing: Check the current and voltage detection part of the operational amplifier N1 (TL084) integrated block pin 7 output external resistor R209, the resistance value from the normal 47Ω to 888kΩ, the 14th pin output external resistor R203, the resistance value from the normal value The 47Ω becomes 185kΩ, and it is normal after replacing the new resistor.

(4) Fault phenomenon: Operation panel PMU display shows "F008" alarm, inverter self-checks on power-up, shows "009" ready for power-on, but then shows "F008" can't start.

Inspection and treatment: Check the voltage and current detection of the backplane and find that the R56 on-line measurement resistance is 4.3kΩ and the normal value is 900Ω. Remove the measured resistance with a hot air gun at 1MΩ, and it has been burned out. After replacing the new resistor value, it is operating normally.

2.5 "F011" alarm is displayed on the LCD panel of the operation panel of the Siemens 6SE70 series inverter. (1) Symptom: The operation panel PMU displays "F011" alarm and cannot be reset. Check processing: Voltage detection block N1 (TL084 ) 7-pin external 47Ω resistor becomes 15Ω, V2 (IRF520) G-pole protection resistor from the normal resistance of 10Ω to 340kΩ, after replacement, normal operation.

Inspection and processing: Measure the output voltage of pin 20 of N2 is only 5.1V, and the output voltage of pin 1 is 16.5V. Check that N2 pin 9 is connected to 1kΩ resistor, N5 pin 1 is connected to 100kΩ resistor to 20MΩ, 3 pin is connected to 10Ω resistor It becomes 2MΩ. The 3rd pin of the trigger board A22 is connected to the 4th pin and the 4.7kΩ resistor is burned out. After replacing the resistor, the operation is normal.
