For the heat-hardened parts, in order to ensure the toughness of the parts, in addition to the direct quenching process, it is also possible to pre-cool to 550-650 ° C to complete the pearlite transformation and then reheat to the austenitizing temperature. The main purpose is to refine the structure and obtain good toughness.
