Compressor manufacturing

Compressors are manufactured through a well-organized production line. In the machining shop, which includes casting operations, various components such as the cylinder, piston (rotary shaft), valve assembly, connecting rod, crankshaft, and end cover are produced. Meanwhile, in the motor workshop, the rotor and stator are assembled. The casing is created in the press shop using specialized equipment. Once all parts are ready, they are moved to the assembly shop for final assembly, welding, cleaning, and drying processes. Afterward, each unit undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure quality before being packaged and prepared for shipment. Most compressor manufacturers do not manufacture start-up devices or thermal protection units internally. Instead, these components are sourced from external suppliers based on specific requirements. This approach allows companies to focus on their core manufacturing strengths while maintaining flexibility and cost efficiency in their supply chain.

SP metal Vertical Slurry Pumps

Naipu SP metal Vertical Slurry Pumps are vertical, centrifugal slurry pumps submerged in sump to work.They are designed for delivering abrasive,large particle and high density slurries.These pumps have no need of any shaft seal and sealing water. They can also be operated normally for insufficient suction duties.Wet parts of type NP-SP pump are made of abrasion-resistant metal. All parts of type NP-SP(R) pump immersed in liquid are lined with rubber outer liner.They are suited to transport non-edge angle abrasive slurry.
