3. When the spindle pulley and the grinding wheel are loaded and unloaded, it must be carried out in the state of the pump station. That is, the spindle is carried out in the state where the static pressure oil floats. This does not damage the spindle and the dynamic pressure bearing.
4. Before the grinding wheel spindle operation, investigate whether the pump station pressure and the grinding head static pressure can be within the standard scale.
5. When the equipment stops, it is necessary to stop the grinding head motor first; after the grinding wheel is stopped, turn off the pumping station; otherwise, simply damage the grinding head.
6. Replace any parts on the pumping station; first remove the high-pressure oil inlet hose joint; after replacing the parts; the oil circuit can be self-circulating for 15-20 minutes before the oil inlet pipe can be connected to the grinding head; thus ensuring the entry into the grinding machine. The spindle oil of the head is ultra-clean spindle oil that has been finely filtered. This can extend the service life of the dynamic spindle.
