Five steps to create a SolidWorks RX issue capture file

There was a problem, that is, you want you to describe things step by step to others, but finding such a file is too cumbersome. Now you can record and capture your problems with the SolidWorks RX plug-in, SolidWorks RX System Analysis presents a workable solution, and the generated captured data helps the technician diagnose the problem.

Follow these five steps to create a SolidWorks RX capture file:

1. In the Start menu, select the SolidWorks Tools, SolidWorks RX icon under the SolidWorks Programs folder under All Programs.

2. When SolidWorks RX starts running, select "Problem Capture".

3. Select "Record Video". The SolidWorks software will restart and start running, and the background will record all the information you have during the operation of the SolidWorks software.

4. Once you stop recording, the SolidWorks software will stop running and save all the information for the above operation in the RX file. You will then be returned to the original receiving dialog where you can select any of your SolidWorks files in the ZIP archive and you can describe the problem you are experiencing.

5. After selecting the package file and saving all the information of the file to a specified location, these files will be sent to the Technical Support Office for review. The default location for saving files is: "SW Log Files" folder in my document.
