Multifunctional vacuum oil filter operation considerations

DZJ multi-function vacuum oil filter is designed according to the different boiling point of water and oil. It consists of vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, initial filter, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump and electric cabinet. The vacuum pump will draw vacuum with the air in the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the oil will pass through the inlet pipe and enter the initial filter to eliminate large particles. Then it will enter the heating tank and the oil heated to 40-75°C will pass through. Automatic oil level valve, this valve is to automatically control the amount of oil entering and exiting the vacuum tank. After heating, the oil is rapidly rotated through the jet to separate the oil into half mist. The water in the oil is rapidly evaporated into water vapor and continuously sucked into the condenser by a vacuum pump. After the water in the condenser cools, it returns to the condenser. The original water is released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump and passes through the filter element to filter out particulate impurities. This completes the vacuum oil filter to quickly remove the entire process of impurities, moisture, and gas in the oil, allowing clean oil to exit the machine from the exit.

Multifunctional Vacuum Oil Purifier Operation Precautions 1. The working temperature of the vacuum pump must not exceed 75 degrees 2. The motor temperature must not be greater than 60 degrees without any abnormal noise.

3, pay attention to observe the pressure gauge, such as the pressure gauge exceeds the specified value should be shut down to clean the filter.

4. If the oil intake is too small, check the strainer. If the filter is clogged, use the kerosene for cleaning after the blockage.
