1. Construction Conditions 1.1 Design drawings and technical plans are available.

2. Construction Procedure 2.1 Check the paving area to confirm that it meets the construction conditions.

2.3 Install the ground temperature probe through the tube, the end of the tube should be flat and set as far as possible on the surface of the egg (bean) stone concrete.

2.11 Install the thermostat.

3. Construction Method 3.1 Laying Thermal Insulation - Polystyrene thermal insulation panels Polystyrene thermal insulation panels should be laid on a clean, clean surface. When laying, it should be cut and tidy, the gap should not be greater than 10mm, and the application of adhesive tape between the insulation boards is smooth.

The expansion joints shall be installed on the principle that the area is not more than 30 square meters, and the corner insulation shall be installed along the perimeter of the outer wall. The material is polystyrene insulation board.

3.2 Laying Polyurethane Vacuum Aluminized Film When laying aluminized films, it is necessary to cover the entire insulating board flatly and secure it with tape. (Note: The toilet may not be paved)

3.3 Laying a steel wire mesh Lay the steel wire mesh on the polyester vacuum aluminized film. Use a binding band at the joint to bind firmly. The steel wire mesh should be overlapped and bound and fixed. (For example, fixing the cable with a staple or fixing the heating cable with a fixing strap, the steel wire mesh should be laid in the egg (bean) stone concrete filling layer)

3.4 Laying Heating Cables Heating cables must be laid on the wire mesh in accordance with the requirements of the design drawings. The error <ground 10mm minimum bending radius is 5 letters of cable diameter, and the heating cable should be laid beautifully and flat. Do not beat the heating cable.

Fixing method: Fix the heat-generating cable on the wire mesh with a binding band or fix the heat-generating cable on the heat-insulating layer with a fixing strap or with a staple.

Precautions: The part of the heating wire must be laid on the upper part of the floor insulation layer. It is not allowed to overlap each other. The heating cable is not allowed to be recessed into the benzene board, and the cold and hot wire joints are clearly identified (see the product description).

3.5 Heating After measuring the wind heating cable is laid, according to the drawings to check whether the design meets the requirements and use a multimeter and shake table (500MΩ) to detect the nominal resistance, insulation resistance of each cable, to ensure that the heating cable is no open circuit, short circuit phenomenon. Before the construction of egg (bean) stone concrete, electricity must be turned on to detect the heating effect of the heating cable.

3.6 Cast egg (bean) stone concrete filling layer Pebble concrete strength grade C20, pebble particle size ≤ 12mm, filling layer thickness ≥ 50mm and uniform, when there is special requirement thickness <50mm, a layer should be added in the concrete filling layer Fine mesh wire mesh or anti-cracking agent is added to the concrete to increase the strength of the filling layer; pebble concrete must be placed on the plate to be transported into the paving area, tools such as the cart cannot directly press the heating cable; after the concrete is poured, the wooden tool is gently applied. To be rigorous, it is not allowed to be vigorously rough; the upper layer must not be stomped within 48 hours after the completion of the filling layer, and the ground after the construction of the filling layer is strictly prohibited from being cut and reloaded.

3.7 Test the cable again After the filling layer is completed, check each cable with a multimeter and a shaker (500MΩ) to check whether the heating cable is damaged during the filling layer construction.

3.8 thermostat installation should be installed before the project is put into use, so as not to damage; installation with the thermostat installation and operation instructions shall prevail; after installation should be power detection; after testing with tape wrapped to avoid damage.

The installation of ground temperature sensors must comply with the relevant provisions of the "New Technology Standard for Heating Cables in Rooms".

4. System Operation and Debugging 4.1 It is necessary to start power debugging after the curing period of the filling layer of egg (bean) stone concrete (generally 28 days).

4.2 When the heating and heating cable heating system is started for the first time, the system shall be set to operate in the low temperature range of 5°C-10°C for a period of time, and then the temperature shall be gradually increased until it reaches the comfort temperature for heating.

4.3 The temperature controller should be commissioned according to different types of thermostat installation instructions.

4.4 The system shall be commissioned in accordance with the Regulations for the Operation and Commissioning of the Heating Cable Low-temperature Radiant Heating System prepared by the Zhongfang New Technology Center.

5. Maintenance of Heating Cables The installation of heating cables is strictly prohibited on the ground where the cables are installed and reloaded to avoid damaging the heating cables. If the heating cables are inadvertently damaged, the following measures can be taken to remedy them:

5.1 Component-type heat-generating cable a. If the circuit is broken at the cold wire, the Φ6 heat-shrinkable tube should be heat-sealed after the cold wire is welded, and then the broken ground wire should be welded. Then heat-seal the cable jacket with Φ8 heat-shrink tube and use waterproof. Sealant processing.

b. If the heating wire breaks, the ends of the heating wire should be broken at both ends, set on the copper tube at the lap, press firmly with a crimping pliers, heat-sealed with a Φ6 heat-shrink tube, and then solder the broken ground wire. Then use Φ8 heat shrink tubing to heat-seal the cable jacket and apply it with a water-proof sealant.

5.2 Tailorable heating cable (TXLP single conductor conventional heating cable)

If disconnection occurs, the ends of the heat-generating wire should be welded at both ends, heat-sealed with a Φ6 heat-shrink tube, and then the ground wire should be welded. Then heat-seal the cable jacket with a Φ8 heat-shrink tube and apply it with a waterproof sealant ( Note: When installing the heat-generating cable, cold leads should be installed at both ends.

5.3 The heating cable should be protected from rabbits during winter construction. When it is necessary to construct the cable, warming measures should be taken at the site. In winter construction, anti-freezing measures should be taken at the material storage place. When installing the cable, it should be energized and preheated.

5.4 In order to ensure the accuracy of the maintenance of heating cables, the laying of heating cables must be carried out according to the design drawings. When the spacing and thermostat are adjusted, the person in charge of the installation can be adjusted by the consent of the designer, and the dimensions are indicated in the original drawings.

6. Construction requirements for laying solid wood flooring heating cables 6.1 According to the following diagram construction sequence 6.2 Construction methods and precautions 6.2.1 Wooden keel installation: In accordance with the laying requirements of wood flooring installation requires two fire protection paint.

6.2.5 temperature probe installation, such as the use of ground temperature thermostat, should install the floor temperature probe at the same time. The ground temperature probe should be installed and fixed on the underside of the wooden floor and fixed with tapes and staples. as the picture shows:

6.2.6 Test the heating cable again: After the wooden floor is installed, repeat the steps in 6.2.4 to ensure that the system is installed safely and reliably.

6.2.7 Install the thermostat:
