IV. Preparation before the test

1. Place the 500ml beaker with the reagent in the cavity below the electrical box (remove the front bezel of the cavity with a Phillips screwdriver), place the pipette in the solution, and fix it. Be careful to prevent the pipette from being tested. During the shift.

2. Place a 200ml beaker inside the upper case and place the tube labeled “Leakage Solution Out” inside the beaker to collect the leaked fluid.

Fifth, the operation steps

1. Measure the mass of the small beaker as m1. Place the small beaker under the folded edge of the sample to ensure that all reagents that have flowed down the surface of the sample are collected.

2. Confirm that the “test time” timer on the panel is set to 60 seconds (standard requirements).

3. Turn the “Test/Empty” selector switch on the panel to “empty” direction.

4. Turn the "power switch" on the panel to the "1" position and turn on the instrument.

5. Press the "Empty" button on the panel and the instrument will begin to move until the needle begins to inject solution. After the needle has injected the second solution, click on the “Clear” button, then turn the “Test/Empty” selector switch to the “Test” direction to take the solution from the second injection (do not take the solution from the first injection). ), call it quality, denoted as m.

6. Clean the small beaker and semi-cylindrical plexiglass transparent tank, and place the sample in place according to the requirements of GB24540-2009.

7. Press the “Aspirate” button on the front panel. After about 2 seconds, the “Aspirate complete” indicator will light, indicating that the aspiration is complete.

8. Press the “Inject” button on the panel and the instrument will start to automatically inject the solution. After the injection is completed, the “Injection completed” indicator will light up.
