One: Density: Density is the basic index of high-grade slow-rebound material. Generally, the density of polyurethane can be 70-100, and the cutting process can be 40-70. If it exceeds this range, it may be false. There is a density of 130-150 on the market, which is almost unrealistic for pure polyurethane producers. The only possibility is to add other things, such as greater than polyurethane, such as talcum powder. From the perspective of a professional polyurethane sponge technician, 110-density pure polyurethane is possible, and other possibilities are not present. In addition, even products of the same density will vary greatly, mainly due to differences in formula, process and raw materials. That is to say, high-grade slow-rebound materials must be high-density, but only high-density materials are not necessarily high-grade materials. ;
Two: rebound time: Many consumers think that the longer the rebound time, the better, this is a misunderstanding. A good rebound time is about 3-5 seconds. Too short to get a slow rebound effect; too long will make the body stiff (think if you turn over, it hasn't rebounded for a long time);
Three: Manufacturing process: There are two manufacturing processes for slow rebound: cutting and molding. Cutting is the finished slow-recovery sponge that is cut into a pillow. Because the molding is by cutting instead of the mold + additive, no other additives are added, so even the pure polyurethane density can only achieve 40-70 density. Molding is made by a series of processes such as adding additives, foaming, and mold pressing. The addition of other additives, including foaming and softness, increases the density by 70-100. Feel good. The life of the pillow is independent of this process.
Four: feel and temperature induction: high-grade slow rebound sponge feels very comfortable, pinch it up like the feeling of kneading dough, almost slow rebound or not feel a little bit worried, or some stiff. At the same time, this high-grade slow rebound has a good temperature sensing, which will become soft and hard with temperature changes, and the handprint can be seen without putting pressure on the hand;
Five: Service life: Polyurethane memory foam pillow is mainly related to pure polyurethane. If it is pure polyurethane, it should not be deformed for more than 5 years, but if it is added with talcum powder for increasing density and weight, pillow quality Poor, usually only used for 1 - 2 years.

For mother of pearl, first selceting and polishing the raw material, then cut it into shell pieces, making then into same thickness and same size. Then sticking on the semi finished product by glues......

1), Are you products made from real mother of pearl, or just imitation?
Of course these are made from real and natural mother of pearls, and the colors are matural of shell themselves, which cannot be imitated, for it's pearl texture and lustre.
