How to support the "four 50" enterprise development? The Kaifeng Municipal Government also issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing Certain Policies for Kaifeng City to Support the Development of Four 50 Enterprises. The technical transformation demonstration project for equipment and R&D invested by the enterprise shall be given within 25% of the annual investment in equipment and R&D, and the subsidy for individual projects shall be up to 2 million yuan.
Demonstration projects for equipment, R&D investment of more than 3 million yuan for major energy conservation, water conservation, clean production and greening of basic technologies shall be subsidized within 30% of the annual investment in equipment and R&D, and individual project subsidies. The amount is up to 2 million yuan.
For the intelligent transformation project with large demonstration effect and strong driving ability, the subsidy will be given according to 30% of the annual hardware and software input, and the single project subsidy amount is up to 2 million yuan.
For enterprises that have been rated as national or provincial smart factories or pilot workshops for smart workshops, they will be given a one-time reward of RMB 3 million and RMB 1 million respectively. For enterprises that create national-level, provincial-level green (energy-saving) factories and green parks, one-off grants of one million yuan and 500,000 yuan will be given respectively.
The identification of enterprise development is a provincial-level industrial new product and new technology, giving a one-time reward of 100,000 yuan. For enterprises that participate in the development and revision of international, national and industry standards, and lead the formulation of provincial and local standards, they will be given a one-time reward of RMB 100,000 and RMB 50,000 respectively.
A new one-off 500,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan award will be given to the newly-acquired national and provincial quality benchmarking, service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprises, industrial brand cultivation demonstration enterprises, manufacturing and Internet integration development pilot enterprises. A one-off reward of 300,000 yuan will be given to enterprises that have newly obtained the single-champion model enterprise of the manufacturing industry and the national two-integrated management system evaluation certificate.
For enterprises identified as national and provincial manufacturing innovation centers, they will be given a one-time reward of RMB 3 million and RMB 1 million respectively. The newly approved national and provincial key laboratories, industrial technology basic public service platforms, engineering (technical) research centers, enterprise technology centers, engineering laboratories, industrial public technology R&D and design centers will be given a one-off one million yuan, 500,000 yuan reward.
Those who have won the first, second and third prizes of the national science and technology shall be given a one-time reward of 2 million yuan, 1 million yuan and 500,000 yuan respectively; for the newly awarded provincial science and technology first, second and third prizes, respectively One-off 500,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan reward.
Actively integrate Shuanggao enterprises into the listed reserve enterprise database, give priority to listing support, provide training, financing, management, information and other services, and do a good job in pre-standardization and counseling for enterprise listing financing.
