The extrusion type plastic hot air welding torch usually adopts the following processes: on the one hand, the surface of the welded base material is preheated by hot air to the welding temperature, and the softening activity of the surface of the material is enhanced, and the welding rod is fed into the inside of the screw through the feeder, and the welding rod is uniformly melted by heating. After the screw is stirred and re-plasticized, it is extruded and extruded under pressure to the surface of the heated soldered base material. The solder and the soldered base material are pressed into a weld by different shapes and actual requirements. Synthetic integration, the materials of different interfaces are completely fused, and as the temperature decreases, the electrode melt and the welded base material are mutually infiltrated and solidified to form a whole, thereby ensuring high welding strength.
