If it is slightly improper, it may affect the quality of the PVC melt, thus the ultimate welding quality. The extrusion type plastic hot air welding torch usually adopts the following processes: on the one hand, the surface of the welded base material is preheated by hot air to the welding temperature, and the softening activity of the surface of the material is enhanced, and the welding rod is fed into the inside of the screw through the feeder, and the welding rod is uniformly melted by heating. After the screw is stirred and re-plasticized, it is extruded and extruded under pressure to the surface of the heated soldered base material. The solder and the soldered base material are pressed into a weld by different shapes and actual requirements. Synthetic integration, the materials of different interfaces are completely fused, and as the temperature decreases, the electrode melt and the welded base material are mutually infiltrated and solidified to form a whole, thereby ensuring high welding strength. LEISTER's WELDPLaSTS2PVC extrusion torch is designed with two independent heat sources to heat the molten electrode and preheat the base metal, which ensures that the base material can be fully mobile and that the electrode melt is not destroyed by excessive temperature. .

In order to facilitate the operator to adjust and monitor the process parameters, WELDPLaSTS2PVC extrusion torch is designed with a digital display system, which can visually see the melt temperature, preheating hot air temperature, air volume ratio and extrusion speed ratio. The operator can perform the welding immediately after the slight adjustment of the specific grades of the materials used for the respective materials. After the first welding is completed, the parameters can be stored to facilitate the manipulation when the same material is used again.

Compared with the ordinary motor, it can be used continuously for a long time without replacing the carbon brush, avoiding the phenomenon of having to interrupt the welding sometimes during the construction process, greatly improving the construction. effectiveness. The preheating hot air vents can be fixed at different positions, so that the mutually perpendicular plates (K-type welds) and the parts where the two plates are butted (V-type or X-weld) can be welded using an extrusion torch.
