One, crossed

1. Make sure the direction of the door's opening is before selecting the orientation of the paper gauge.

2. Determine the suitable height of the lock (about one meter) from the ground and make a horizontal line as the centerline of the door lock.

Place the paper ruler flat on the door leaf with the centerlines aligned.

Second, drilling

1. Press the 1:1 size of the paper gauge and open the hole in the corresponding place on the door. (Caution: Be careful when drilling the door)

2. First, press the installation rules to cut out the lock body slot, the battery and the slot, and insert the battery and the battery box to mark the outer frame of the lock pad and the outer line of the battery box. Then, the lock body and the battery box are withdrawn, and the depth of the groove of the lock body liner is 3 mm and the depth of the battery case is 1.5 mm.

Third, the lock body and battery box installation

1. Insert the lock body into the sash slot and fasten it with ST4X8 stainless steel screw (Note: M4x8 stainless steel screw is used for the iron door).

2. Insert the battery case cover into the door leaf and fasten it with ST4x8 stainless steel wood screw (Note: iron door with M4x8 stainless steel screw).

3. Pull the latch cable 1 out of the outer door hole and the power cable 1 and pull it out of the inner door.

Fourth, install the front panel

1. Put the front shockproof plate into the rear gear, connect the outer connection line 1 and the lock body connection line 2, and then insert the screw posts on the front stop into the door leaf in the drilling position, and then pull out the rear connection line. Outside the hole.

2. Reattach the rear mounting plate and tighten the m5x8 cross flathead screws.

Fifth, install the rear panel

1. After installing the rear shockproof into the rear gear, lower the cable into the connector and connect the power cable 1 to the power cable 2 .

2. Put the square bar and rear vibration-proof plate into the rear gear and fasten the square bar with the m6x7 inner cross-head screw to fit the rear gear into the corresponding screw hole and fasten it with the M5x50 cross-head screw.

Six, battery box installation

1. After adjusting the lock body smoothly, insert 8 alkaline batteries into the battery box (Note: positive and negative direction). Put the battery box into the battery box cover, cover the battery box liner, and use ST4x20 stainless steel. Screws tighten.

Seven, install the door buckle box door buckle board

1. Close the door and draw out the square tongue. The position of the inclined tongue is in the door frame. The position of the door buckle plate is coincident with the gate line. Determine the chisel ruler

2. Slotted body according to the door button box, the door plate and the door plane flat.

3. Install the door gusset plate, door buckling box, and tighten with ST4x20 stainless steel wood screws.
