Reasons and troubleshooting methods for bending or short life of fan shaft of carburizing furnace
The reason why the carburet furnace fan shaft is bent or has a short life :
1. The circulating cooling water is not enough, the water temperature is too high, or the circulating water is opened late and shuts off early.
2. Unreasonable material selection, high temperature and low bottom
3. Unbalanced operation, each fan wing weight
4. The seal at the journal is not good.
5. The assembly is not tight
6. The degree of curvature of the shaft is greater than 0.05mm
Excavation method for bending or short life of the carburet furnace fan shaft :
1. The carburizing furnace is heated to above 400oC to open the circulating water, and the furnace is cooled to below 300oC to turn off the circulating water.
2. It is better to choose high-temperature high-strength and heat-strength steel for creeping, such as Cr-Mn-N steel or Cr23Ni18.
3. The quality error of each fan wing does not exceed 10g, the less is welded a little, and the more holes are drilled (non-stressed)
4. After the fan is assembled, the motor can be touched by hand when balancing the balance test. If the vibration is not large, the balance can be considered reasonable, otherwise the verification will be repeated.
5. Processing assembly, sealing meets technical requirements
