First, the fuse blows

(1) Fault fusing: mainly due to single-phase grounding or short-circuit between phases of the main circuit of the motor, which causes the fuse to blow.

Precautions: Choose a motor that suits the surrounding environmental conditions and correctly installed low-voltage electrical appliances and circuits, and check them regularly to strengthen daily maintenance and work to eliminate various hidden dangers in time.

(2) Non-faulty fusing: mainly due to improper selection of melt capacity and small capacity. When starting the motor, the fuse will blow due to the impact of the starting current.

The non-faulty fuse of the fuse can be avoided. Don't think that the capacity of the melt should be as small as possible in order to avoid the starting current of the motor, so as to protect the motor. We have to make it clear that the fuse can only protect the single-phase grounding and inter-phase short-circuit accidents of the motor, and it can never be used as overload protection for the motor.

Second, the main circuit is prone to faults

(1) Poor contact between the dynamic and static contacts of the contactor.

The main reason is: improper selection of the contactor, the small arc extinguishing ability of the contact, make the dynamic and static contacts stick together, the three-phase contact action is not synchronized, resulting in lack of phase operation.

Preventive measures: choose a more suitable contactor.

(2) Poor operating environment, such as humidity, vibration, corrosive gas, and poor heat dissipation conditions, cause damage to the contacts or oxidation of the wiring, and poor contact, resulting in lack of phase operation.

Precautions: Choose electrical components that meet the environmental requirements. Proper protective measures must be taken to improve the surrounding environment and replace components regularly.

(3) Irregular inspection, the contactor contact is worn seriously, and the surface is uneven, which makes the contact pressure insufficient and causes the lack of phase operation.

Preventive measures: According to the actual situation, determine a reasonable inspection and maintenance cycle, and carry out rigorous and careful maintenance work.

(4) Improper selection of the thermal relay causes the bimetallic piece of the thermal relay to burn out, resulting in phase loss operation.

Precautions: Choose the appropriate thermal relay to avoid overloading as much as possible.

(5) Improper installation causes wire breakage or wire breakage due to external force damage.

Precautions: In the construction process of wires and cables, strict implementation of "standards", careful and civilized construction.

(6) The quality of electrical components is unqualified, and the capacity does not reach the nominal capacity, causing abnormal phenomena such as contact damage and sticking.
