Fischer tropsch wax with its unique advantages is used for hot melt adhesive, plastic lubrication,pipe,structural section,printing ink, paint, wax polish, color master batch, rubber, candles, textile.The function of FT wax in PVC pipe, hot melt adhesive, printing ink and color master batch is indispensable.
Application:
1.Fischer tropsch wax can be used as external lubricant of PVC. It contribution to fillers dispersion and has good slippery. When this product is in high temperature, its viscosity is low. This kind of low viscosity can improve the production speed and liquidity, and enhance infiltration degrees of the surface.
2.Fischer tropsch wax can be used in hot melt adhesive.It has no pollution and taste, can be used directly for the hot melt adhesive industry that contact with the food. It has high condensation point, can raise the heat resistance of hot melt adhesive. Its penetration small, can increase the strength of hot melt adhesive. Its carbon distribution is narrow, opening time is short, curing time is fast.
3.Fischer tropsch wax is specifically designed to wax powder that is required with high friction and easy to scattered characteristics of water-based ink system. The wax powder shows many excellent properties in water-based ink and can obtain the required of a smooth and rub resistance with maximum limit. When used for the printing ink in the shape of power, it can improve the wear resistance and wrinkle resistance of the application materials. Used in coating, it have wrinkling joining power coating in the extrusion process, it have lubrication effect, may reduce the screw torque, reduce energy consumption and increase production efficiency.
4.Fischer tropsch wax can be used for plastic industries, such as injection, extrusion and granulation industry. In master batches processing it contributes to fillers dispersion and has well slippery.Especially in high viscosity system, it has good employment wax. The additive amount is less 40% to 50% than ordinary PE wax and it can significantly improve gloss on the surface of products.
