A suitable support plate is selected according to the specific conditions of the bearing to be disassembled, and is fixed to the support plate frame by pins. Place the fan rotor in the center of the front panel and rock the handwheel so that the support plate clamps the front bearing. Rotate the lead screw, the top end presses the center hole of the rotor shaft end of the fan, and the journal exits from the inner ring of the bearing. For each bearing of different specifications and types, the casing should be machined in advance. The inner diameter of the casing is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the journal. The length of the casing is determined according to the maximum length of the end surface of the fan rotor to the end of the shaft end, and then the length is 20 mm to prevent the tip from hitting the shaft. End face. Firstly, the new bearing is clamped in the middle of the two supporting plates, the rear journal of the fan rotor is aligned with the inner diameter of the bearing, the rotating screw presses the front end face of the shaft, and the rear journal is pressed into the bearing.
