1. The monitoring rod is manufactured from high-quality low-carbon steel grade Q235A, supplied by Shanghai Baosteel. The silicon content in the steel is strictly controlled to no more than 0.04%. After being bent once using a large bending machine, the straightness error remains within 0.05%, ensuring structural integrity and precision. The rod is designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 36.9 meters per second, equivalent to level 11 winds, and can endure seismic activity of intensity 8 degrees, making it suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. 2. The total height of the rod is 6 meters, with an upper diameter of 90mm and a lower diameter of 100mm, featuring a wall thickness of 4mm. A flange is installed at the base of the pole, with a mounting distance of 200mm between the bolt holes. It is securely fastened to the foundation using anchor bolts. The ground anchor specification is either provided by the user or typically configured by the company according to standard practices. 3. The welding process employs automatic submerged arc welding, which ensures strong and consistent joints. The surface of the welds is smooth, free from visible defects such as porosity, weld spatter, or undercut. Each weld undergoes ultrasonic testing to meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 11345, Level II, guaranteeing long-term durability and safety. 4. To enhance corrosion resistance, the camera pole undergoes both internal and external hot-dip galvanization. The process includes pickling, hot-dip galvanizing, water washing, phosphating, and passivation. The resulting zinc coating is smooth, uniform, and free from imperfections like wrinkles, drips, zinc nodules, peeling, or uneven spots. The zinc layer thickness exceeds 86 micrometers, complying with the national standard GB/T 13912-92. Additionally, the adhesion of the galvanized layer meets the requirements of GB 2694-88, providing a service life of over 30 years. 5. After hot-dip galvanization, the camera pole is coated with an electrostatically sprayed powder finish, available in various colors. Before spraying, the surface is thoroughly cleaned to improve adhesion. The spray process is carefully controlled to ensure proper curing time and temperature, resulting in a uniform, smooth, and pore-free plastic layer. The thickness of the paint layer is 100 micrometers, meeting the adhesion standards specified in GB 9286-88. The finished surface is smooth, with a hardness of 2H, offering excellent protection and aesthetic appeal.
