Scope of Application: All clean rooms in the factory. Management Responsibilities: 3.1. Quality Assurance Department: Responsible for supervising and verifying clean room management. 3.2. Electrical and Mechanical Department: Maintenance of clean room equipment. 3.3. Production Department: Maintaining clean room cleanliness and ensuring personnel adhere to the guidelines. Definitions: 4.1. Class 100 Clean Room: Measured by the amount of dust particles, defined by the size and quantity of dust particles floating in the clean room according to international standards. Class 100 clean room should meet the requirement of particle diameter of 0.5 µm and less than 100 particles per cubic foot. 4.2. Class 1,000 Clean Room: Particles in the clean room should meet the requirement of particle diameter of 0.5 µm and less than 1,000 particles per cubic foot. 4.3. Air Shower: An air bath that uses multi-faceted strong airflow to remove dust from the surface of dust-free clothing. Personnel Management: 5.1. Clean room operators must undergo standard training and pass an assessment before entering the clean room. 5.2. Individuals allergic to chemical fibers and solvents are not permitted to enter the clean room. 5.3. All personnel must strictly adhere to the clean room's management systems. Daily Attention for Personnel Entering the Room: 6.1. Take a bath and keep your body clean. Wash your hair regularly to prevent dandruff. 6.2. Wash your hands frequently, keep them clean and free of dirt. Change clothes and keep them clean and tidy. 6.3. Trim your nails and keep them clean. Men should shave and have a good haircut. Entering the Clean Room Purification Sequence: 7.1. All personnel must strictly follow the procedures outlined in Annex 1 to enter the clean room. 7.2. Foreign visitors (including VIPs and clients) wishing to enter the clean room must fill out the "Application Form for Entering the Controlled Area." Steps for Exiting the Clean Room: 8.1. Exit through the exit passage and note that the inner and outer doors of the exit passage cannot be opened simultaneously. Exit the clean room in turn. 8.2. Remove dust-free shoes outside the side door, take off the dust-free cap, headgear, mask, and clean clothes in the locker room, and either stack them in the locker or hang them on the clothes rack. In Case of Emergency: 9.1. Upon hearing the evacuation alarm, leave the clean room through the nearest emergency exit (emergency exits are only for emergencies). 9.2. All documents in the clean room must be clean paper or plastic. Personal notebooks, books, and manuscripts are forbidden. 10.5. All materials entering the clean room must have their outer packaging removed and wiped before entry. After blowing, pass through the clean room transfer box, and it is forbidden to enter from the air shower. Management of Clean Room Cleaning Tools/Supplies: 10.1. Clean water needs to be extracted from the clean room or at a designated location. It needs to be pure water. 10.6. The daily cleaning plan for the clean room is produced by the Production Department and the Quality Assurance Department. Management of Clean Clothing: 12.2. Clean clothing, dust caps, and dust-free shoes should be stored in the locker room when not in use. 12.3. The cleaning cycle for clean clothes, dust-free hats, and dust-free shoes is once every three days, and contaminated ones should be cleaned in advance. 12.4. Cleaning of dust-free clothes, dust-free hats, and dust-free shoes is strictly prohibited. Use washing powder instead of dishwashing detergent. Hand washing should be avoided, and washing machines should be used. 12.6. Cleaning of clean clothes, dust-free hats, and dust-free shoes should avoid using tap water directly, but should use high-efficiency filtered water or pure water. 12.7. Clean clothes, dust-free hats, and clean shoes should be dehydrated after cleaning, then hung in the clean room or drying area, not dried outdoors or in uncontrolled environments.
