High-quality ceramic enterprises are accelerating industrial relocations, promoting more balanced regional distribution. This movement not only boosts new production centers but also upgrades local industries from low-end to high-end ceramic manufacturing.
From a broader perspective, the architectural ceramics market in China still holds substantial potential. While the sector is considered a "sunset industry" in Europe and the U.S., it remains a promising "sunrise industry" in China. Although the global financial crisis had some impact on the industry, its effects were not as severe as expected. Chinese ceramic companies have shown resilience and the ability to adapt quickly.
