The "Key Technology for Safe and High-Efficiency Mining of Thick and Largely Sloped Phosphorus Orebody under Complex Conditions" jointly developed by other companies won the first prize for scientific and technological progress. This is also the only two projects in our province that won the first prize for scientific and technological progress.

Doctoral Supervisor Shen Xizhou is 55 years old this year and is an academic leader in cleaner production technology for petrochemical industry. It is understood that he has presided over the participation in the "complete technology and industrialization of degassing, dehydrogenation, and hydrogen recovery from dry gas to hydrogen production". After the Wuhan Petrochemical No. 2 hydrogen production plant was used, the complete set of technology not only doubled the capacity of the plant to produce hydrogen, but also automatically captured carbon dioxide and avoided the release of carbon dioxide produced during production into the atmosphere. Wuhan Petrochemical will turn these collected carbon dioxide into waste and make food-grade carbon dioxide, which is widely used in food preservation and food processing. Prof. Zhang Dianji is dean of the School of Environment and Urban Construction of Wuhan University of Engineering. He presides over the development of key technologies for the safe and efficient mining of thick and large gentle inclined rock phosphate bodies under complex conditions.
