The second is to change the boiler dust removal equipment from a ceramic multi-tube dust collector to a bag filter. The third is to invest 40 million yuan to build an MVR device to process the mother liquor that is temporarily stored in the mother liquor turnover pool, to separate and evaporate pollutants from the mother liquor and water, and reuse the distilled water. The fourth is to improve the production process, switch to solid raw materials and high-concentration raw materials, and control the mother liquor volume by controlling the reduction of the moisture content of raw materials, so as to ensure that all mother liquors are processed before the end of January 2016.
