1. The following are quality issues in the manufacture of products:

1 High noise: When all other reasons are excluded, it should be a quality problem.

2 Part scratches: The scratches of the rotor and the side plates are symmetrical, and the phenomenon of diagonal scratches should be a quality problem.

3-axis fracture: The quality of the shaft is broken when it is in the weakest place and the other parts are intact.

4 rotor break: other parts are not broken, only the rotor is broken, it is a quality problem.

5 blade break: other parts are not broken, only the blade is broken, it is a quality problem.

2. The following are caused by improper use:

1 wrong installation method:

a. The coupling is too tight: because the coupling between the coupling and the shaft is too small or no gap, the bearing will be injured when striking hard, resulting in early damage of the bearing and affecting the life of the entire pump.

b. Axial force of the shaft head: Since the coupling does not have a certain axial clearance during installation, the rigid installation will damage the bearing and the bearing retaining ring, and in serious cases will damage the entire pump core.

c. Coaxiality is out of tolerance: If the coaxiality exceeds the specified value during installation, the bearing and the whole pump core will be eccentric and early damaged. Generally, the control is about 0.1 mm.

2 environment is bad

a, the oil is too dirty: because the fuel tank is not sealed, the surrounding dust and iron filings can be mixed into the oil to cause early damage to the oil pump.

b, the temperature is too high: because the cooling device is not installed, the oil temperature will continue to rise during continuous use of the machine. If the oil temperature is as high as 70° or more for a long time, the life of the oil pump will be greatly shortened, and it will generally be damaged (sometimes shorter) in half a year to one year.

c. Influent in the oil: In the device with water cooling, the water is not well sealed, causing the water to enter the oil, causing the pump parts to rust, lock, and the blades to smash.



3. After the oil pump is damaged, first check the appearance, internal and related phenomena. When the following phenomena occur, the corresponding reason can be determined:

1 Bearing damage: When the pump core is seriously damaged, many damages, as long as the bearing is damaged, will be regarded as improper installation.

2 The liner has rust: When the pump core is seriously damaged, there are many damages, as long as there is rust. It is always considered to be caused by water in the oil.

3 oil quality is not good: When the pump core is seriously damaged, as long as there are dirt, foreign matter or oil in the oil has become black, it is considered to be caused by dirty oil and poor oil quality.

4 mandrel rupture: should try to check the location of the fracture. If the material or heat treatment is not good, its damage point should be the weakest link, that is, the minimum diameter or the spline. If it is not at the weakest point, it should be regarded as improper installation. The coaxiality deviation is too large.

5 When inspecting materials, the composition and hardness of the materials should be inspected. At the same time, the sequence and causal relationship of the damaged parts should be analyzed, and the cause can be found.
