(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) notified the supervisors and other participants of the 4th meeting of the second session of the Supervisory Committee by written notice. At 14:00 on September 29, 2013, the 14th meeting of the second board of supervisors of the company was held in the conference room of the company. There were 3 supervisors and 3 supervisors. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Zhang Zhao, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. The proposal needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders meeting for consideration. The issuance of short-term financing bills of the company is subject to the approval of the China Association of Interbank Market Dealers and is implemented after the China Interbank Market Dealers Association accepts the registration.
