Although sometimes the air pressure can be operated in a 0.45 MPa machine, it should be considered that the air pressure will be lost during the operation of X, Y and Z, so that the gap of the air floating block is small. If there are dust or fine particles in the air floating block, it will cause The guide rail is scratched, which seriously affects the measurement accuracy or causes the three-axis operation to be stuck.
2. Wiping of the guide rail and maintenance of the grating The guide rail must be kept clean. Wipe it with a cotton wool or silk cloth soaked with clean aviation gasoline or absolute ethanol. Pay special attention when loading and unloading parts to prevent bumping the guide rail.
