Registration is valid. The deadline is from March 14, 2011 to March 13, 2021.

In the same month, Xia Jing signed a purchase and sales contract for a piece of overalls labelled "WORKMASTERS" with a clothing company in Chibi, but did not obtain the permission of the trademark registrant Li Guowei.

On May 31 last year, the Xianning City Administration for Industry and Commerce ordered the parties to stop the infringement immediately and imposed an administrative fine of RMB 4 million on Xia Jing.

There were many similar trademark infringement cases in the typical cases announced. On December 15 last year, Yingshan County Court sentenced Zhang Wenbin to 6 years’ imprisonment and Tu Deyong to 4 years’ imprisonment, while another 5 were sentenced to 6 months to one year’s imprisonment.
